Payment + Booking

50% booking fee (non-refundable) payment is required within SEVEN (7) days to secure your booking/service.

Booking fee paid are non-refundable to cancellation, change-of-mind or change of date.

No refund applies to booking fee amount.

 Overall payment is due SIX (6) weeks prior to your booking/service date.

Delayed final payment, resulting in a late order, may result in missing out on your desired flower varieties.

Samantha Evans Creative will not be held accountable for disappointment or dissatisfaction due to substitution caused by late payment.  Fees may incur for late payments made to Samantha Evans Creative.

Variation to your order

If you wish to alter your order, floral choice, or delivery addresses, this must be made at least SIX (6) weeks prior to the wedding date.

Cancellations of part of your order, will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total value of the portion of the order (including GST) that has been cancelled.

This amount is due to be paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel the date your booking, you will need to notify us in writing (email) as soon as possible.

We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability, with a minimum of 3 months notice. Cancellations after that time (within 3 months of the date of the wedding) will incur a 50% cancellation fee on your remaining balance.

Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the wedding are required to be paid in full by the due date.

Floral Substitution

When working with nature, there are no guarantees. We will do our absolute best to supply exactly what you order, however due to variances in the weather & seasonal availability of some flowers; we cannot guarantee availability, exact colours or shades. If, on very rare occasions, we have to make floral substitutions when flowers or products are temporarily unavailable or of sub-standard quality, you will be called prior to your wedding date to discuss any alterations to your order.

Where substitution must occur, products of equal or greater value will be used.
